About us!

Earl Thelander began Thelander Plumbing and Heating in 1965. Earl’s son, Byron, graduated from WITCC
and began working for his father. Earl then retired in 1993 and Byron took over the HVAC side of the family
business. Byron operated Thelander Heating and Cooling until 2017 when he retired and sold the
business to his employee, Jeff Storm.

Corey Price began Corey’s Air Conditioning &Heating on February 10, 2001, serving Mapleton and the
surrounding areas. Corey also has his Master license in HVAC.

In 2022, Jeff Storm and Corey Price made the decision to merge their respective businesses. They are currently in the process of rebranding and renaming
"Thelander Heating & Cooling" to "Price-Storm Heating & Cooling."
"We are very excited about this merger and hope to have your full support in this process,"
said Jeff Storm Owner of Thelander Heating & Cooling.

Meet the team!

Doug Conley has over 15 years of heating and cooling experience. Doug has obtained his Journeyman
licensing. Doug began working for Thelander Heating & Cooling on September 18, 2017.

Alex Tank has been with Thelander Heating & Cooling since July 1, 2019. During his time with Thelander
Heating & Cooling, Alex has completed his apprenticeship and will be testing for his Journeyman
license this fall.

Thadeous (Tad) Smith started with Price-Storm Heating and Cooling on April 18, 2022. Tad will begin his
Apprenticeship in the fall of 2022.

Continuing education is extremely important, not only for keeping the technician’s licenses current but
also, to keep up to date on the changes to equipment. Price-Storm Heating & Cooling technicians take
online and in person training to provide our customers with the best service available.
